Anthony and Alex have over 20 years of combined experience representing lenders, purchasers and sellers on both residential and commercial real estate transactions in New York and Florida.
Anthony has been practicing real estate since 2011, handling a variety of real estate matters, including representing lenders, developers and investors in the financing, acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties. His expertise includes private lending, construction financing, bridge, permanent and mezzanine loans secured by commercial real estate. Anthony also has prior experience in title insurance.

Alexandrea has been working in the real estate industry since 2016, representing a variety of both private and institutional commercial and residential lenders. Having previously worked in-house for a private lender, Alexandrea understands the different complexities that private lenders face in a constantly evolving industry.
