We work closely with title companies, escrow agents, & counsel to navigate local requirements and help ensure transactions are completed efficiently and in the lender’s best interest. 

Anthony and Alex have extensive experience representing purchasers and sellers in New York on both residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing on a range of matters including cooperatives, condominiums, multi-party transactions, and 1031 exchanges. 

Our firm specializes in assisting private lenders in expanding into new states & helping them understand local practices. Our state snapshots give lenders a breakdown of the need-to-know information regarding originating business-purpose loans, such as lender licensing, usury rate, security instrument form, etc.
